All Sales Final - No Returns or Refunds

All purchases from Heaps Of Love are final sale. Due to the nature of our mystery capsule products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Dissatisfaction with items received in a mystery capsule
• Duplicate items
• Chang of mind

Damaged or Lost Orders if your order arrives damaged or lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at heaps2224@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
